I am a product of public schools, I work at a public school, and I coach/mentor students at a public school. That is why I am on the frontlines to protect public education, and it is the reason why I organized community efforts, last year, to stop the closing of eleven TUSD schools. We have no greater resource than our children, and I will ensure their right to a quality education. I will bring funding back to our public schools, and I will fight for our children.
